The Serpent’s Key Immersion

An exploratory 4-hour immersion for Women, Femmes, and NB folks focusing on intimacy practices, consent, bodily attunement, and communication skills.

Sunday, September 6th.

Olanani AcuOasis, Kailua. 5pm-8:30pm.

“The Serpent’s Key Immersion was a beautiful blend of lightness and depth…

Elisa’s natural grace, playful spirit and skillful communication created an atmosphere of laughter, connection and safety, while also guiding us gently into a deep emotional exploration…

I discovered vulnerable parts of myself around asking for what I want and learned to soften that edge with compassion for myself.  The insights I gained are already enriching how I show up in my relationships and in everyday life.

Mahalo, Elisa!”‍ ‍

The Serpent’s Key: An Immersive Workshop for Igniting Expression through Intimacy Practices.

The Serpent’s Key is one of my favorite workshops to guide and facilitate.

The explorations that I share in this workshop are some of the most revealing and supportive frameworks I have learned and practiced throughout my studies in human intimacy & relational energetics.

During this immersive four-hour workshop, I will be introducing “Wheel of Consent” inspired relational practices that were created by the revolutionary Somatic Sex Educator, Author and Teacher Betty Martin.

We will NOT be engaging in sexual touch, but there will be the option to offer and/or receive consent based, non-sexual touch between participants as a way to build more trust in your body and build more capacity to be attuned to what you want and do not want.

YOUR CHOICE AND YOUR VOICE ARE OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE.

In this immersion, we will be curiously experimenting with the energetics and the embodiment of both giving and receiving. You will have the chance to feel the difference between these roles and what happens inside of you when you are embodying them.

The group will be offered tools to help build skillful ways of communicating with more honesty, cohesion and integrity.

We will explore some specific ways that we can use language to make clear requests, how to honor one’s own limits and bodily boundaries, and to notice when we are over-giving.

The group will practice making clear relational agreements and learn how to respect their own boundaries, as well as the boundaries of others.

“What a nurturing experience! I’m so glad that I followed my gut and said YES. Through embodied exercises, partner reflections, and mindful dialogue, I learned new ways to stay connected to my own body and emotions while engaging with others.

The experience helped me recognize where I tend to overextend or disconnect, and instead invite more presence, clarity, and compassion into my relationships with others, and with myself. I left feeling both nourished and empowered, reminded that intimacy begins with the relationship we hold with ourselves.

Highly recommend for anyone wanting to deepen their emotional literacy, body awareness, and capacity for real connection.”

Are you curious about being in a supportive container where you can experiment with new language and styles of communication with others?

Does asking for what you want in your relationships and in life, bring up some trepidation? (If so, you’re human).

Do you hide behind acts of giving so that you are not faced with having to expand your capacity to actually receive?

Do you want to explore the skill and honesty needed, and your personal edges, around both giving and receiving?

Our group will be immersing ourselves in:

  • Simple Movement practices that allow and invite in a wider range of expression and authenticity, aimed at locating your bodies unique edges of expression, instead of performance or perfectionism. We will invite in the spirit of play so that we can find our way into movement that feels good.

  • Relational Intimacy Practices that will shift the way that you show up in your relationships that include: partnered communication exercises, consent skills, and practices for clarifying the energetics of giving and of receiving.

  • Ritual Writing Prompts will follow our group practices, inviting our mythic story to make itself known and offer us practical ways to work with igniting our expression and tools for locating what has been blocking us from a deeper expression of the self.

“True story: I first met Elisa through her wild dance on Instagram. When, one day, I found myself in a similar dance it hit me “I need to connect with that woman.”

When we began our work I was in a state of personal and professional unravel and only certain of two things: I needed to rebuild from the embers of my deepest truth and I needed someone who could hold space for me to unearth that.

Elisa is not just a potent space holder, she is a seer, a soul guide, a fellow warrior unafraid to travel with you through grief, shame and other stories lurking in the shadows where so many gifts are often hiding.

Her embodied presence is the safety that has allowed me to crack open to deeper truth and rebuild an intimacy with myself and my partner that is already having potent ripples.

Our sessions, filled with just as much laughter as tears, carry the energy of that wild dance — and are supporting me in walking through this world all the more true, alive and free.”

— Cara, Writer & Coach

“Elisa so delightfully created a safe and joyful container that allowed for deep introspection and awareness.

She created a comfortable environment to explore the discomfort of ‘my edges’ with ease.

It was a fun and expansive experience and I highly recommend joining her events.”‍ ‍

The Serpent’s Key Immersion is an invitation to be an integral part of a well-held, trauma-informed, exploratory group workshop/play-shop, where we will explore and invoke our creative expression through various modalities, while learning to listen in and respect our limits, and the capacity that we have in each moment.

The Serpent’s Key Immersion will be a space for clarifying our relational energetics and communication skills, diving into consent-based intimacy practices for deepening our learning of how to give and receive, exploring boundaries and reclaiming desire, and engaging with consent based practices that open up new worlds within.

When we gather together to explore and restore our creative expression, playfully express ourselves within a container of other inspired and willing humans, and enhance our communication skills….everyone benefits.

This will be a deeply supportive space for coaches, artists, therapists, bodyworkers, energy healers, facilitators, and anyone who desires to more skillfully resource themselves and embody more inner and outer coherence.

The Serpent’s Key will be a container to drop perfectionism, to let go of shame, and to become more liberated in the ways in which you desire to ask for what you want, say no, and learn how to listen more deeply to the space of relational energetics.

This immersion will be a space of invitation, exploration, playfullness, and deep communion with self and others.

Themes that we will be exploring during our time together:

  • Crafting a Solid Container of Communal Practice

  • Consent-based Relational Intimacy Practices including making agreements, locating your limits, and getting clear on the relational roles you are engaging in

  • Clarifying your Communication Skills and learning language to express more clearly and honestly

  • Exploring what helps your body to open up pathways of deeper Connection and Expression
