•Enjoy Gentle & Simple, Guided Movement & Sensory Practices for Stirring the Cauldron of Sensation

•Engage in Playful Explorations of Our Relationship to Pleasure & Set Intentions for Deepening Into Intimacy

• Craft a Pleasure Prayer for Your Personal Rituals & for our Collective Body

“The possibility and promise of pleasure is pervasive, it exists in all things, and in every being. It is the generative force of life, the pull towards creation. Pleasure comes through what we see, think, perceive, touch, and through being touched.

Pleasure can be small, subtle treasures to vastly erotic vistas.

Together we will explore pleasure anatomy and how that can support expanding our own pleasure.

We will look at the physical anatomy of the reproductive organs, vulva and vagina, the arousal tissue, all of our specific pleasure spots, and explore how to enliven them.

We will explore pathways to pleasure and begin to unravel some of the stories that may get in the way of fully experiencing your own pleasure.”
